Whether you're just starting off on your career, or you've reached a point where you don't know which direction to take, my career coaching service can help you to assess your situation, analyse your skills, and create a career plan. This could include plans for further training - perhaps in an entirely different discipline.
Career Coaching is about you reaching the right conclusion. I don't make decisions for you; I help you to explore various possibilities until you become clearer about what excites you and which career path you want to follow.
Once you've reached a decision, if you like I can help you produce a great CV* that will get you shortlisted, write a fully optimised LinkedIn Profile*, help with your interview and presentation skills*, and even support you after you've started your new job.
I'll be there for you for as long as you need.

Prices:
First Session: £275
I need to get to know you. The first session is usually equivalent to half a day. This "half day equivalent" isn't all "contact" time and isn't necessarily applied in one hit. It includes preparation time, eg reading job descriptions, reading your application (cover letter, CV, etc), reading the target employer's website, doing advance research and possibly preparing interview questions and discussion topics. Some of the time will also be allocated to written feedback or follow up.
Subsequent Sessions - as detailed below
Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5.00pm (excluding public holidays, which are charged at the weekend rate)
During normal working hours the cost is £75 per hour. This is not necessarily "contact" time as it will include preparation and follow up.
There is a minimum charge of one hour. Thereafter time is charged at £25 per 20 minutes.
Weekday Evenings (excluding public holidays, which are charged at the weekend rate)
During evenings the cost is £90 per hour.
There is a minimum charge of one hour, thereafter £30 per 20 minutes.
Weekends
During weekends the cost is £120 per hour.
There is a minimum charge of one hour, thereafter £40 per 20 minutes.
Meetings
If I travel to meet with you, there may be an additional charge for travel time and related costs.
Feedback and Follow Up
I provide verbal feedback immediately and this is usually sufficient.
If written feedback and follow up is required, the time taken to produce the written feedback is chargeable at £75 per hour, pro-rata.
Written feedback and follow up will be sent via email.
