Many companies use application forms so that they can obtain candidate information in a format that makes it easier to assess candidates against specific criteria. 

This presents a difficulty for candidates as it limits the opportunity to showcase their skills and they are often limited by space or word count.

Some of the questions may be competency based, asking you how you would deal with hypothetical situations or how you have resolved problems in your previous roles.

We would generally compile your responses after we have produced your CV.  However, if you require this service on a standalone basis, we would use your existing CV coupled with a telephone interview and/or questionnaire.

Questions vary enormously, so this service is subject to quotation.

Obviously, if there is an online assessment or test, you would need to complete this personally.  Sorry, but we can't sit tests on your behalf!
