They can afford to be highly selective and while securing an interview is a great achievement, it's only the first hurdle.

Our job interview skills training will help you prepare and consider the questions that you might be asked. In particular, we focus on competency based questions, which is where most applicants struggle.

Time permitting, we can conduct a mock interview although we find that clients benefit most from repeatedly running through various scenarios based on experience and competencies, fine tuning their thoughts and possible responses.
Our sessions are designed to help you improve your confidence and interview performance, and we provide honest and constructive feedback from an interviewer's perspective.
It's possible that you'll only need one or two telephone or Skype sessions, which could prove particularly useful since many employers now conduct first interviews by telephone. We can assess this during our initial telephone conversation.

Prices:
First Session: £275
I need to get to know you. The first session is usually equivalent to half a day. This "half day equivalent" isn't all "contact" time and isn't necessarily applied in one hit. It includes preparation time, eg reading job descriptions, reading your application (cover letter, CV, etc), reading the target employer's website, doing advance research and possibly preparing interview questions and discussion topics. Some of the time will also be allocated to written feedback or follow up.
Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm (excluding holidays which are charged at weekend rate)
During normal working hours the cost is £75 per hour. This includes preparation time, eg reading the job description, reading your application (cover letter, CV, etc), reading the target employer's website and preparing interview questions.
There is a minimum charge of one hour. Thereafter time is charged at £25 per 20 minutes.
Weekday Evenings
During evenings the cost is £90 per hour.
There is a minimum charge of one hour, thereafter £30 per 20 minutes.
Weekends
During weekends the cost is £120 per hour.
There is a minimum charge of one hour, thereafter £40 per 20 minutes.
Meetings
If we meet with you, there may be an additional charge for travel time and related costs.
Feedback
We provide verbal feedback immediately and this is usually sufficient.
If written feedback is required, the time taken to prepare this will be charged at £75 per hour, pro rata. Written feedback will be sent via email.
