Whatever field you're in, and particularly if you are transitioning from military to civilian, or if you work in a highly technical field, you'll need to use the correct wording and terminology in your CV
It's easy to get bogged down in industry jargon and I come across this a lot - particularly with ex-military and technical clients. So you need to take a hard look at the words you are using and ask yourself:

Remember when using technical terms, that the HR personnel or recruiter may not understand everything about your profession, so don't jargonise your CV too much. Your CV has to be understood by technical and non-technical personnel.
