Job search these days is pretty scientific and recruitment processes can be daunting - especially if you're just starting out or your haven't been in the job market for some time.

First Session: £275
I need to get to know you. The first session is usually equivalent to half a day. This "half day equivalent" isn't all "contact" time and isn't necessarily applied in one hit. It includes preparation time, eg reading job descriptions, reading your application (cover letter, CV, etc), reading the target employer's website, doing advance research and possibly preparing interview questions and discussion topics. Some of the time will also be allocated to written feedback or follow up.
Weekdays: 9.30am - 5.30pm
£75 per hour or £25 per 20 minute session.
Weekday Evenings:
£90 per hour or £30 per 20 minute session.
Weekends:
£120 per hour or £40 per 20 minute session.
Cost includes time taken to review job descriptions/person specifications, application documents, relevant parts of target company website and provide feedback.
Sessions are generally conducted over the telephone, Skype or email although meetings can be arranged at additional cost.

- Help you decide where to start, which could include a brainstorming session to identify your strengths and weaknesses
- Ensure that you have a decent CV and that you know how to target it to different jobs (CVs are subject to separate pricing - see CV Writing)
- Analyse your skills deficiencies and training needs and help you decide how and when you can undertake this training. There are lots of free online training courses and well-priced or subsidised courses at your local colleges. We'll help you source these.
- Help you to produce an Employment Plan which will include realistic targets and deadlines
- Show you how to use online job sites and other sources
- Teach you how to use LinkedIn for job searches
- Give you guidance on what to expect at interview and how to prepare
- Hold mock interviews with you on the telephone - then analyse and give feedback on your performance
- Help you stay on track through regular telephone coaching sessions
